CRAVE Crush: Michelle Burns and Tobi Kirsch, Sugar Sugar

Michelle Burns and Tobi Kirsch are the owners of Sugar Sugar, a spacious and inviting spa in Greenlake, Seattle. The aestheticians know how to keep you comfortable and, for those typical Seattle days, there are fluffy, heated beds to make your sugaring or facial experience one that will have you coming back for more.

Q&A with Michelle Burns and Tobi Kirsch

What are your signature treatments or services?
Every aesthetician on staff can rock a 30-minute Brazilian and leave the customer feeling baby-soft for weeks. Also, from the tippy top of your forehead to the bottom of your décolleté, these girls give the best facial massage you have ever experienced, leaving your skin refreshed, plumped and glowing for days.

What makes your business unique?
The customer experience itself is what makes our business unique. No matter the situation, our staff makes it a point to be sure each and every customer feels appreciated and appropriately attended to throughout their entire visit.

What tip would you give women who are starting a business?
Love what you do. Do what you love. And for what you don’t know, seek the answers.
