I recently flipped my business from a full-service, creative advertising agency that I founded with my husband to a brand new agency where I am the sole owner and where I focus my energy on branding efforts for women owned and women targeted businesses. My involvement in the Crave Austin book actually inspired this decision to focus my efforts into helping this particular demographic. After 20 years in business, I recently relauched my business with a new name, new focus and more clarity and excitement than I remember having in any other leg of my entrepreneurial journey. Ignite Leadership International is the result of flipping my biz and redirecting my career. I now offer programs and services for professionals and business owners, co-authored my first book and have more products/services in my dreamline! Flipping It does add spark and re-ignites your passion!
