At our Monday morning meetings, each person on our team shares something from the previous week that they considered a success. It might be something in their personal life or an achievement they felt good about at work.

We also nominate someone each week to get a Starbucks card for an extra effort they put in to help out or do something extra.

These little efforts help us get to know eachother a bit better and celebrate extra effort!

I believe it is important to share any information that you have freely. When you do so, you are rewarded in kind.
The rub is learning to do it without expecting “to get” something. That is where most go wrong – they give, to get.

To me….relationships and one’s reputation are ALL THAT MATTERS! I believe in guarding those very carefully! That’s what I love about CRAVE…..what a great way to connect with others who “come from” the same place!!!
