The founder of The Lash Lounge, Anna Phillips is a licensed esthetician, massage therapist, eyelash extension specialist and permanent makeup artist, and has worked in a variety of day spas, salons and med-spas for over a decade. Since the doors opened at the first store on August 22nd, 2006, word of mouth has traveled about the expertise and customer service offered at The Lash Lounge and it quickly became time to add even more locations. Anna will share about customer experience and loyalty and how she has built a successful business through building customer retention.
