I HATED Cheesecakes before this well thought out creation came along! I must say their Cheesecakes are the only ones that I eat and not just because they are my friends but two ladies with a gift that is now a passion for them :-) I have been a fan and taste tester for Capital City Cheesecakes from the start, being that Caitlin (Katie as I love to call her) and Meaghan are long time friends of mine.
