About Our Speakers

Dana Busch

Dr Busch, a clinical health psychologist, has spent several years working within academic medical centers, research institutes, hospitals, and other medical settings as a clinician, clinical professor, researcher and educator. She is a former NIH Fellow at UPMC medical center and the Hillman Cancer Center and was also a clinical director at Wollongong Hospital’s Illawara Cancer Center. Additionally, she has her own successful jewelry design business, Dana Busch Designs, where she visions and creates every piece and handles all facets of the day-to-day side of the business as well.

Her roots in art have served to help her look at all facets of her life with a creative eye, recognizing the key to unearthing the answers, resolving problems, and achieving goals require creative thinking, innovative approaches, and real world applications. This multidimensional viewpoint takes into account many critical factors that are often overlooked or not understood.

Elizabeth Rider

Elizabeth Rider is a Board Certified Holistic Health Counselor, founder of WholeLivingBlog.com, and the creator of the Hot Body Nutrition School, an online nutrition program that helps women healthily shed pounds and look and feel their best.

She began her professional career in the Advisory Practice at Ernst & Young working on projects for Fortune 500 companies, which led her to a role as Vice President of Live Well International, an international wellness coaching company with coaches in 9 countries. She also studied at the world-renowned Institute For Integrative Nutrition with the world’s leading experts in the fields of nutrition and wellness.

Elizabeth has highly successful mentors guiding and advising her career. She, in turn, has created her own mentoring program to pass on the knowledge, skills, and inspiration to help launch the incredibly successful careers of others.

Julie Watson Smith

Julie Watson Smith is a respected leadership mentor and family educator dedicated to supporting parents and their children to be true to their best self by connecting with their inner leader through confident self-expression and healthy relationships. Through practices of character intelligence, social-emotional development and eclectic counseling, children and the parents who love them learn to become confident everyday leaders at home, school and in the community.

Julie also created Character Clubs and the Character Coach program for those interested working directly with children to shape a global culture of character.
