If you were to grab your 5 best girlfriends and ask them what makes you unique, what would they say? AND would you believe them? Do you see what they see?

We all have a perception of who we think we are and what our lives should look like. We build our identity by our values, convictions and experiences. We build who we are (and who we are NOT) through lifestyle choices and important decisions. We want to create and show the world our best self, even if that means taking the “fake it till you make it” approach. If we can just keep up with the act, maybe one day, we will see the results. We will become what we envision!

However when we don’t live up to this perceived picture of identity, we’re disappointed. Back to faking and feeling like an impostor.

But what if, we saw ourselves the way our friends and followers do? What if we were able to recognize the light within us, just as others do? Let’s resign from being our own worst critic. Let’s let go of the judgments and constant examining and choose compassion instead. We feel that compassion is reserved for someone else, and never occurs to us to feel it for ourselves!

So we revisit the questions, what makes YOU UNIQUE? What defines your identity?

At CRAVEfuel, we get to heart of what’s going on, what needs to change, and how to take that first step. No topic is off limits! Join us for a night of authenticity, vulnerability and meaningful connections.

  • CRAVEfuel lasts 2+ hours. Includes wine and light snacks.
  • The first 20 minutes features a speaker or panel of speakers on the evening’s subject.
  • Small group discussions follow where each person’s challenges are workshopped.
  • If you are a woman in transition, a woman longing for “what’s next,” or looking for a community and friendships, this event is for you.
