Suzette Alvarez Bio PhotoSuzette Alvarez, SPARK Creator, Leadership and Lifestyle Development Coach, Strategic Business Consultant

Suzette says:

I am extremely passionate about leadership and people development. I feel so grateful to be working with organizations and individuals who are:

  • innovative, daring and bold
  • inspirational and fearless
  • open, curious and proactive
  • dedicated to growth and continuous improvement

My belief it that life is about the choices you make. At any and all moments you have control over your choices, beliefs, thoughts, words and actions. Your ability to change a limiting belief or an existing blueprint to an empowering belief or a new blueprint can change your life. I believe that coaching provides a way for individuals to gain new perspectives in all areas of life.

About this event

2015 is going to be HUGE, but not in the way you might think. We’re not going to go out and buy a bunch of unnecessary gizmos or knickknacks, meaningless stuff to weigh us down. We can do better – we can consume less, give more, and be happier. This year, let’s zero in on living simply, on clearing the clutter, on creating space for nurturing relationships with our friends, our families – and of course, ourselves. It’s the perfect time to make some needed revisions to the story of our lives – edit with an eye for shedding what no longer serves us, and nourishing the things we crave.

This type of life-cleanse can make us healthier and more resilient in many ways – we can strengthen our bodies by simplifying what we eat; can we limit ourselves to 5 ingredients per meal, and be able to pronounce all of them? How can we spend more time upright instead of seated (or horizontal)? We will boost our brainpower by turning off the TV, the computer, the smartphone; instead let’s go outside! Let’s challenge ourselves to learn new skills, mentor others to inspire passion and spread the wisdom we contain within us.

Since I started reaching into myself and finding my own CRAVES, and talking to hundreds of women about theirs, I’ve discovered a common thread – what we’re craving is exactly what we need, and no more than that. When we let what we have be enough, we are lighter, and our lives are more fulfilling and effortless than we dreamed possible.

Thanks so much to our fabulous sponsors!
