CRAVE had the opportunity to visit with the soon to be founder of a new mentoring organization, SheDreams. Ramona Wessel is the brains behind SheDreams, she wanted to form a group where young women could seek guidance and mentorship from other like minded women.
Ramona’s Guidelines for Mentorship
1. A mentor is someone who inspires you professionally and personally
2. A mentor is available to you, they give their time to you willingly and joyfully
3. A mentor challenges you without criticism
4. A mentor celebrates your successes, but more importantly is there to pick you up when you fall
