Owned by Amanda Felt, who started her vegan bakery business selling at various cafes and markets, Black Sheep Bakery now sells to 65 stores in the Portland/Vancouver area, has tents at three farmer’s markets, operates two cafes, does catering for happy vegan couples, and has launched a line of vegan and gluten-free artisan chocolates. Whew. What a mouthful, literally!
