Katie C. Kelley is a Leadership Coach with Legacy Builder Coaching, LLC. Katie specializes in igniting and emboldening women in business to become more effective and inspired leaders. Influenced by her experience in psychotherapy and business, Katie’s approach combines an innate understanding of her clients’ needs with fresh perspective on risk-taking. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Boston College and a M.S.W. degree from Smith College. After earning her psychotherapy license she then went on to work on Novartis’ Manhattan Management Development Sales Team. Katie served as the Market Director of Ladies Who Launch from 2008-2010.

Marlynn Jayme Schotland owns Urban Bliss, a graphic design + creative strategy studio, helping companies build strong brands and create powerful messaging through social media, marketing and public relations. Marlynn also is the Founder/President of The Power M.O.B. (Mom-Owned Businesses), providing professional development & social networking opportunities for mom business owners. She is the former Director of Public Relations for The Art Institute of Portland, Public Relations Council Chairperson for Education Management Corporation, and a former NBC broadcast journalist. She is an Advisory Board member for Mercy Corps NW’s Womens Business Center, and is a member of OAME, APACC & NAWBO.
