SYMPOSIUM Itinerary

9-10am
Check in and pick up a schedule while you nosh on refreshments and review the day’s program. Throughout the day you will get to listen and participate in intimate “think-tank” sessions between featured businesses and different business experts. While you brainstorm these other business models, ask yourself- how could this apply to my business? The goal of the day is to nurture and inspire each other.

10-10:45am
Get your creative thoughts flowing as you meet the day’s featured businesses and mentors.

When you enter the CRAVE Symposium, you will be assigned to follow one of the above listed businesses based on your line of interest (and availability). Below is an example of how your day may look, with order subject to change. All groups will go through a session with each type of business expert to get an equally valuable experience.

SAMPLE Schedule
Session 1: 10:45-11:30am
Marketing with Shauna Causey and Carlie Smith: Optimize the way you present your business to the world with the best methods for your business, including social media.

Session 2: 11:30-12:15pm
Branding & Business Model with Danielle LaPorte and Heather White: Create and sustain a consistent message & make sure your business is on the right track to maximizing profits.

LUNCH 12:15-1:30pm
Give yourself a break and recharge with some lunch- and the opportunity to mingle & connect with other hardworking entreprenesses.

Session 3: 1:45-2:30pm
Finance & Sales with Janine Brunelle and Pauline O’Malley: Make sure your sales forecast is on target and are you focusing on your niche market.

Session 4: 2:45-3:30pm
Team Building with Dawn McCooey: Whether you do it yourself or outsource make sure you assemble an all-star cast to support your business

3:45-4:30
FINAL WRAP UP: Listen to a recap and takeaways of each business that went through the think-tank.  Hopefully you have not only helped provide inspiration for the featured businesses, but you have come away with a multitude of new ideas to revamp and rejuvenate your own.
